John M. Madura, PhD, PE
Principal Engineer
John Madura holds a B.S, M.S, and PhD in Mechanical Engineering, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and New Mexico. John holds two patents and multiple publications.
John is a battery expert, and has worked in battery development, battery related research, and battery fire investigations. He stays up to date on the most current battery technologies to meet your system needs.
With experience in aerospace, defense, electric vehicle, manufacturing, and engineering forensics sectors, his strengths lie in mechanical design, materials, and failure analysis.
John has investigated over 100 vehicle accidents, product related injuries, and is able to consult on a wide array of engineering topics.
Parker H. West, PE
Senior Engineer
Parker West holds a B.S. and M.S. in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University, and is a licensed P.E. in Arkansas, New Mexico, and Texas.
With experience in the aerospace, marine, manufacturing, and defense sectors, Parker's greatest strengths lie in mechanical design and failure analysis.

Michael Shelton has over 15 years experience in mechanical engineering. He has worked in manufacturing and research and development. Michael has experience in multiple industries focusing on structures, mechatronics, and electromechanical devices. Michael has held roles in design, manufacturing, root cause investigations, and engineering leadership.
